Shari Mongiardo joined Williams Law Group, LLC, in October 2024. She brings with her a passion for connecting people with the resources and support they need. With a background in both employment and family law, she is skilled at guiding clients through the first steps of their legal journey with empathy, clarity, and understanding.

Outside the office, Shari enjoys literature, music, film, and hiking. She brings the same creativity, curiosity, and thoughtful problem-solving she values in the arts to her work with clients.
