Miriam Aponte

Operations & HR Coordinator

Miriam Aponte joined Williams Law Group, LLC, in March 2026 as the firm’s Operations & HR Coordinator. She brings more than 20 years of human resources and operations experience supporting organizations across both the private and nonprofit sectors.

Throughout her career, Miriam has partnered closely with leadership and employees to strengthen workplace operations, support organizational growth, and ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations. She is known for her practical approach to HR administration, strong attention to operational details, and commitment to supporting fast-paced team environments.

Miriam earned her bachelor’s degree from the City College of New York and her associate degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College. She also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) certification from the University of South Florida.

She previously served as a board member for organizations such as Dress for Success of New York and the Latino Job Service Employer Committee. Miriam has also been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HR Advisory networks for many years.

Outside of work, Miriam enjoys spending time with her family, mentoring future members of the workforce, traveling, and staying active through golf and pickleball. She also appreciates quiet time near the water to recharge.
