Michelle Gil joined Williams Law Group, LLC, in September 2026 as a paralegal. Michelle is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in criminal and family law. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Berkeley College and has spent the past several years working as a paralegal, where she has gained extensive experience assisting attorneys with complex legal matters, case preparation, client communication, court filings, discovery, and day-to-day case management.

Throughout her career, Michelle has developed a reputation for being organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Her experience has strengthened both her legal knowledge and her ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other professionals.

Outside of her professional career, Michelle is actively involved in her community and youth programs, serving in leadership and coaching roles that reflect her passion for mentorship, teamwork, and giving back. She is also a proud mother and values the importance of balancing professional growth with family and community involvement.

Michelle is excited to begin this next chapter of her career and looks forward to bringing her experience, work ethic, and collaborative approach to her new team while continuing to grow professionally.
