New Jersey trusts and estates attorney Jacqueline (“Jackie”) E. Lasher is an Associate at Williams Law Group, LLC. Jackie assists individuals and families on a broad range of personal and succession planning matters. She advises clients in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their personal, financial, and family objectives. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. She also counsels executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries through estate and trust administration matters, including probate proceedings, fiduciary obligations, and asset distribution issues.
In addition, Jackie assists families in planning for the care and protection of loved ones with disabilities and other vulnerable family members. She advises clients on guardianship proceedings, special needs trusts, and long-term planning strategies designed to protect assets. Prior to concentrating her practice in trusts and estates, Jackie gained substantial experience handling a wide variety of legal matters in the areas of education law and civil litigation. She took great pride in advocating for parents and students to obtain appropriate educational services from school districts and representing students through all levels of education.

Jackie earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from The College of New Jersey. During law school, she participated in the Center for Social Justice Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic, was a member of the Circuit Review, and competed on Seton Hall Law’s nationally ranked Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
