Heather Rice

Client Services Manager

Heather Rice joined Williams Law Group, LLC, in May 2024 as an Intake Specialist before transitioning to her current role as a Client Services Manager in May 2026. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the legal and customer relations fields, having previously worked as a paralegal in both the public and private sectors as well as several years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher.

Heather takes pride in ensuring that every client feels supported and heard. She focuses on providing compassionate care during consultations, making sure clients’ voices, needs, and concerns are fully addressed.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her two children, being outdoors, traveling, listening to music, and writing.
