Williams Law Group Opportunity to Grow Scholarship
Are you a New Jersey student who will be enrolled in a New Jersey two-year to five-year institution in 2018-2019? Do you need help paying for schooling or supplies? You are not alone. College is not cheap, but we don’t want that to stop you from pursuing this irreplaceable experience.
At Williams Law Group, we have experienced the benefits of higher education.
That is why we are offering a $1500 scholarship to help one New Jersey student go to college, law school, or other institute of higher education.
A little about us
The attorneys at the Williams Law Group have called New Jersey home for decades and understand firsthand the benefits a college education can provide both academically and socially. Education opens doors that might otherwise be closed, providing the ability to grow professionally and develop social bonds that may last a lifetime. The Williams Law Group views academics as a way to contribute positively to society, that’s why we are offering the Opportunity to Grow Scholarship.
So, what do you have to do?
To apply for this scholarship, you must be a New Jersey high school or college student and are enrolled in a two-year to five-year institution in New Jersey in 2018-2019. Additionally, the student must want to pursue their Juris Doctor, a degree in Social Work or a closely related field. The student must be well-rounded and demonstrate a commitment to their school and community.
This scholarship is open to any high school senior or college student in New Jersey. He or she must be enrolled at a two-year to five-year institution in 2018-2019. A minimum GPA is not required. Read the Instructions and Terms and Conditions for more eligibility information.
To apply, create a short (30–120 second) video and essay, telling us the following things:
- What does your community mean to you?
- How have you demonstrated a commitment to both your school and larger community?
